Build a repeatable clipping workflow
Keep the decisions that matter visible—from source selection to the final review.
Keep a source record
Record the episode title, permissions, source timestamp, and the idea each clip should communicate. A simple checklist is enough to keep editorial context attached to an edit.
Review in three passes
First listen for meaning: does the clip preserve the speaker’s position? Then check text: names, numbers, and captions. Finally watch on a small screen: framing, readability, and the opening and closing cuts.
Use a clear handoff
Choose one reviewer for the final version. Keep revisions identifiable, note what changed, and archive the source reference. Do not publish an unreviewed AI selection merely because it has a high score.
