A short guide to the current public preview.
Can I upload a video?
Not yet. Upload, processing, transcription, and export features are planned. The landing-page storyboard contains sample content only.
Can I sign in?
Private accounts are not available. The login page explains their status. Do not treat the public Labs workspace as a private account.
What should I enter in Labs?
Only invented project names. The preview lists project records publicly, including names, IDs, status, and creation times. Never enter names of clients, private links, or other sensitive information.
A project list is not loading
Reload once and check your connection. Do not repeatedly submit the same project. If the problem continues, leave the preview and return later; there is no support response-time commitment.
How can I get support?
The support email is currently a mock, not a monitored mailbox. A real support and privacy contact must be published before customer onboarding.
